How do you determine your prices?
Our price is calculated hourly @ $70/hour for two cleaners. The time required to clean can be estimated based on the size of your home, but a more accurate estimate can be determined by a free in-person walkthrough to determine your needs.
We will not clean longer than the time/price agreed upon during the time of booking without consulting you.
How do I pay?
We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Let us know your payment preference upon scheduling a cleaning. If you book a cleaning by credit card, $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance automatically charged upon its completion.

We try to make booking online as easy as possible, but would love to talk to you on the phone and tailor a cleaning to your specific needs. Afterwards, you will be sent an e-mail requesting your credit card information in order to confirm the booking.

How long does a cleaning take?
This will be determined during your free estimate. As an example, general cleaning of a home that is under 2,500 sq feet takes between 1 ½ to 3 ½ hours for a team of two, depending on the condition of the home. More time is required for special requests. Initial cleanings usually take longer than maintenance cleanings.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and tools!
I am sensitive to smells. Do your cleaning supplies leave a smell?
Our cleaning supplies are natural and hypoallergenic. They are aromatized by essential oils and other plant-based compounds and are formulated to not irritate any sensitivities. However, if you have cleaning supplies you and your body are most comfortable with, we are happy to use those.
Do I need to prepare my home in any way before the cleaning crew arrives?
We clean homes as they are, that's why you hired us! However it is sometimes best and most efficient to remove any clutter that consists of personal belongings that you don't want us to clean, tidy or generally disturb. Stuff that might just be in the way like personal documents, clothing, toys, fragile things, etc.
How many people will you send?
We work in teams of two or three, depending on the size and condition of the home.
What time will you arrive?
Our work hours at 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. You can request your time preference and we will do our best to accommodate. Please allow a window time of ½ - 1 ½ hour for the crew to arrive.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning
You do not need to be present as we pride ourselves on having cleaners that are rigorously screened, background checked and just generally very trustworthy to leave the care of your home to. Our long-term and short-term clients have never reported a problem in 26 years of business.
If you opt to not be present, you just need to provide us with keys or entry instructions.
How do the cleaners get access to my house if I’m not there?
There are two options for providing access that ensure maximum security:
1) Hide A Key:
And, most importantly, let us know where you hid it. If you choose this option please DO NOT hide the key in a mailbox or under a doormat since these are common places for home invaders to look.
2) Provide A Key Copy:
This is the safest mode of access to your home. We keep all of our customers keys tagged with a code and safely locked in our office.
Will I always have the same cleaning crew?
We are sure to assign the same team to the same one every time to ensure that your cleaners are the most familiar with your needs. You will have the same team of two or three cleaners every time unless otherwise informed (due to illness, emergency, or vacation).
I have pets. Do I need to secure them while you are cleaning?
Many of our customers have pets and our employees are pet friendly. Let us know if you have any special instructions regarding your pets (i.e. if you want them kept in a specific room) before we arrive.
What if one of your employees is injured on the job?
All of our employees are covered under Workers Compensation Insurance to protect you.
What if something is broken while you are cleaning?
Our employees are trained to be very respectful and careful with your household items. However, if something is to break we are fully insured to compensate you or replace the item.
